You still need all the pcs with the exception of some of the bolts and the 1/8" x 1" straps.

My DIY, no weld, belt grinder. : knifemaking

This entire frame was made with a drill press, angle grinder, and an assortment of drills/taps. The wheels/mount/platen were purchased from Oregon Blade Maker on eBay (wrongly named in drawing bill of materials). Great quality, do recommend. I added holes to the angle steel to mount the beast to plywood bench top.
